I just got my two carpets back from Rug Masters Cleaning & Repair, and I couldn't be more delighted. Both were re-fringed and cleaned, and they look brand new. The estimated time to clean and re-fringe was two weeks, and they were delivered back to me in exactly two weeks. Quality customer service and workmanship.

We recently had all our oriental rugs; Persian, Indian and Chinese cleaned by Rug Master, Pleasant Hill/Berkeley. Rug Master's customer service, is prompt, efficient, and their staff (we worked with Jay), are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. We had one of our older rugs, a 1920's Persian Sarouk, cleaned and repaired, fringe rewoven and they were able to return our rug looking superb . Rug Master workmanship is excellent and their attention to detail terrific. We recommend their services for their high quality and competitive prices. In summary, Rug Master's care about their customer and they do first rate work!. We will definitely use them for all our rugs regularly

I did some shopping around and Rug Masters was the most reasonable and convenient too. They offer pick up and delivery and will lay the carpet down for you. They even helped me put the furniture back!

We had a five star experience with Iraj at Rug Masters. He provided pickup and delivery. He repaired our damaged edge, as well as cleaned the carpet very well - carpet now plush and bright! His pricing, by the way, was actually better than others who did not provide pickup/del. He also gave us an excellent price on a pad for under the carpet. I recommend this business!

I have enlisted Rug Masters twice: once for cleaning an area rug, for which they charged me only $40. (Another local business wanted more than $150.)
But their real art and passion is expressed through their incredible weaving/repairing skills. I brought in two old woolen weavings from Portugal that had been damaged and repaired badly over the years. I was amazed by the meticulous, nearly invisible work carried out by these gentlemen. They are true artists who know and value carpets, tapestries, and weavings of all kinds. Entering their shop is a little like visiting a caravansary in the Hindu Kush. They have carpets from everywhere, and one or two men working with great care. The owner is a kind and gentle man. I wish I could give them twenty stars. Definitely worth a visit.

I contacted a few people to clean and repair my water damaged Persian rug and the Rug Masters gave me the best price. They were excellent to work with and repaired and cleaned my rug to my satisfaction. They pick up and delivered. They are trustworthy and if you have a fine rug that needs repair and cleaning I highly recommend. Call them .. you will be extremely happy! Highly Recommend!

I just had a valuable Oriental rug cleaned and repaired by Rug Masters. They picked up the rug (from Lafayette, included in their charges) and returned and relaid it (over a new pad we purchased from them) after the cleaning and repair. When I noticed a small area of moth holes that they missed in the repair, the owner Jay Baghestani came and did the additional repair in my home. They are five-star for reliability,for excellence in rug cleaning and for customer service. Their prices were slightly lower than one other local rug specialist, and comparable to a another. I highly recommend Rug Masters Cleaning & Repair Center.
